4. Deposits & Payments

heybet processes all deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. heybet does not charge any fees on deposits, though your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳10.
• Deposits are credited to your heybet account balance instantly in most cases.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• heybet only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• heybet reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals on heybet are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. heybet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission.
• heybet may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 6.
• heybet reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Players may not withdraw funds that were deposited but never used for betting. heybet may require a minimum wagering turnover before a withdrawal is approved.

If your withdrawal request is declined, heybet support will contact you with the reason. Common reasons include incomplete identity verification, unmet wagering requirements, or a mismatch between the withdrawal method and the deposit method.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

heybet offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out here.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion details.
• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds. Real money is used first when placing bets, unless the promotion specifies otherwise.

• Winnings generated from bonus funds that exceed the maximum withdrawal cap stated in the promotion will be removed from the account balance.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on heybet are subject to the rules of the specific game being played, as well as the general betting rules set out here. By placing a bet on heybet, you accept the outcome as final once the game round is complete.

• Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed once confirmed, except where a technical error has occurred on heybet's side.
• heybet reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a software error, incorrect odds display, or any other technical malfunction.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed automatically according to the game's rules. heybet is not responsible for losses resulting from connection issues on the player's side.

8. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

heybet uses fraud detection systems that monitor account activity continuously. If suspicious activity is detected, heybet reserves the right to suspend the account, freeze the balance, and conduct an investigation before taking further action.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

heybet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Duplicate account detection.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason, heybet will process a withdrawal of your remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds) to your registered payment method after completing any required verification.
